Our Story

From Maryland to Los Angeles, we’ve been telling stories for over a decade.
Creating films around minimal characters, minimal locations, and small crews.
Learning how to be great at every area of production.
Slowly finding ourselves and our voices as artists.
Moving from character-driven, relationship films to psychological horror films,
we won numerous awards, including two Best Acting awards & a Grand Jury award. We were on the right path.

Another era in Miss Ash Productions was moving to Los Angeles in 2017.
While we were struggling to survive, we discovered the biggest blessing - Twitch.
Since 2018, we’ve built a dedicated community to fund our films and gear.
We’ve been able to focus on creating more intentional, planned pieces.
We know what defines us, making a Miss Ash Production film different from others.

Taking a sandbox approach to collaboration, we encourage our collaborators to think outside the box.
By inviting everyone to dream big and play, they embrace the quirky creative inside.

Coming from a no-budget background, we bring our imagination, passion, and experience as our secret weapon.
We’ve crafted over 150 films from documentaries to comedies, ranging from 30 seconds to two hours.
We exel at bringing a project script to screen with everything in between. Most importantly, we own our weirdness.
We hope you join us in our storytelling journey to explore what it means to be human.
